Here’s What You Must Do Daily:
- 💧 Drink a half gallon of water
- 🏋️♂️ Workout for at least 30 minutes
- 🌤️ Spend 15 minutes outdoors
- 📖 Read at least 15 pages
- 🎲 Wildcard Task: Rolled live each day:
- 1️⃣ Phone a friend
- 2️⃣ Meditate or pray for 10 minutes
- 3️⃣ Read 5 additional pages
- 4️⃣ Journal for 10 minutes
- 5️⃣ Bless a stranger
- 6️⃣ Eat clean—no cheating!
