📜 Challenge Rules & Guidelines
Commit to these daily tasks to transform your life in just 7.5 days.
1️⃣ Hydration: Drink at Least Half a Gallon of Water Daily
💧 **Guideline:** Consume at least 64 ounces (approximately 1.9 liters) of water each day. Beverages like coffee, tea, and other drinks do not count toward this total.
**Tip:** Carry a reusable water bottle to track your intake and stay hydrated throughout the day.
2️⃣ Exercise: Engage in a 30-Minute Workout
🏋️♂️ **Guideline:** Dedicate at least 30 minutes to physical activity. Choose workouts that challenge you and promote growth.
**Tip:** Select activities you enjoy to maintain motivation. Whether it's weightlifting, yoga, or a dance class, the key is consistency and pushing your limits.
3️⃣ Outdoor Activity: Spend 15 Consecutive Minutes Outside
🌤️ **Guideline:** Spend at least 15 uninterrupted minutes outdoors. Activities can include walking, biking, running, hiking, or simply enjoying nature.
**Tip:** Use this time to clear your mind, breathe fresh air, and disconnect from digital distractions. Consider inviting a friend or taking your pet along for company.
4️⃣ Reading: Read 15 Pages Daily
📖 **Guideline:** Read a minimum of 15 pages each day. While you can choose any material, non-fiction books are recommended for personal development.

5️⃣ Wildcard Task: Complete the Daily Challenge
🎲 **Guideline:** Each day, a wildcard task will be announced live on our Facebook group or available on the daily website update. Ensure you complete this task to stay on track.
